The Day of Service is our way of giving back to the community that hosts the Nonprofit Technology Conference.
This year's Day of Service will be held Wednesday, March 19 in New Orleans, where you'll be able to consult and assist the nonprofits that have been working to restore the city's vibrant character after the devastation of hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Volunteers will meet at the conference hotel at 8:00 a.m. to start the day with coffee and breakfast. Then, you will consult with a participating organization until 11:00 a.m.

If you'd like to participate in the Day of Service, you can sign up when you register (beginning December 1, 2008) for the Nonprofit Technology Conference. If you decide that you want to participate in the 2008 Day of Service after you've registered, email us [2] to sign up.
