Update Your NTEN Organizational Staff List

Your organizational membership extends benefits to everyone on your staff, but they need to have their own profiles and log-ins to access!

You can add and remove folks using the form below.  If you would like to see who is currently on your organization's staff list, log-in here.

If you have questions or need assistance, get in touch with Amy Sample Ward, NTEN's Membership Director.

Note: We typically honor a one business day turn around on staff list updates. Once your list is updated, each person receives a welcome email as confirmation.  If you need to make immediate changes for registration purposes, email or phone us directly (415.397.9000).

  • Scroll down in each field as necessary to see/edit all information
  • If you have several staff and would prefer a spreadsheet, download the attached formatted file below, and send to Annaliese via email.
  • Submissions without required information will not be processed
