Webinar: 2014 M+R Benchmarks Study
There comes a time in every online organizer and fundraiser’s life when they ask themselves: is this normal? Are other groups getting this growth? Am I the only one with these trendlines? The 2014 M+R Benchmarks Study has the answers. We’ve crunched the numbers from 53 leading nonprofits to define this year's industry standards for online fundraising, advocacy, and list building. Join us to see how you stack up against nonprofits in your sector, and learn how you can use this data to transform your online program.
What you will learn:
Attendees will walk away with a guide to the key metrics compiled from over 50 nonprofits – and the skills to establish your OWN internal benchmarks for your organization to determine what's working, what's not, and what the biggest opportunities are for your organization.
Who should attend:
Any and all who are interested in learning about the nonprofit industry’s standards for online fundraising, advocacy, and list building. Whether you’re interested in comparing your own organization’s metrics to the data, looking to set future projections for your program, or just wanting to listen in on a bunch of smarty-pants from M+R gush over data and charts, we can assure you this webinar is going to be the best ever.
About the Presenters:
Will Valverde, Vice President, doesn’t think of himself as a numbers person. He loves clear, easy-to-understand data that will help drive strategy and creative (and he’s more than happy to leave the heavy statistical lifting up to his razor-sharp, quantitatively gifted colleagues). Will has spent years helping major nonprofits develop memorable online advocacy and fundraising campaigns, with a special focus on creative engagement. He leads online strategy for groups like Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Smithsonian Institution, and Mozilla Foundation.
Cameron Lefevre, Senior Strategist, New Services and Technology, serves as M+R’s senior technology strategist and leads a team of designers and developers who conceptualize and build creative, cutting-edge websites and online tools for M+R clients. Cameron specializes in building effective campaign-driven websites, evaluating and optimizing websites and constituent management systems, and developing mobile-optimized emails and webpages. He also helps to coordinate and implement online advocacy and fundraising campaigns for M+R clients such as AARP.
Theresa Santangelo, Data Analyst, specializes in data analysis, management, and reporting. Before coming to M+R, Theresa worked in a variety of political and nonprofit roles, all incorporating key elements of quantitative analysis. She served as Development Manager at MassEquality, implementing successful fundraising campaigns to support the organization’s work to protect and promote LGBT equality in Massachusetts. She also has a range of experience in canvassing, field organizing, political targeting, and in operations for nonprofit organizations. Theresa has her Master’s in Public Policy from Georgetown University, where she focused on quantitative methods and social policy.
