Facebook Tactics That Get Results: A New Benchmarks Extra Report from M+R and NTEN
Event Details
In this webinar, join M+R, NTEN, the Ad Council and Independent Sector to discuss M+R and NTEN’s new “Benchmarks Extra: Facebook” report, where we took a deeper dive into the 2011 eNonprofit Benchmarks Study data in order to provide you with even more nonprofit Facebook metrics. Our experts will be joined by Chris Burley from Defenders of Wildlife to talk about the new findings and revisit some of the highlights from the 2011 study!
In this webinar you will learn:
- What social media strategies and tactics are getting results, and where there is room for improvement – including takeaways and recommendations for your organization based on our new data.
- Key findings from our study, like these:
- On average, nonprofits involved in this study had 110 fan page users (people who “like” a nonprofit fan page) for every 1,000 email subscribers.
- Annual Facebook fan page churn was 14% in 2010.
- A strong correlation exists between the number of “likes” and comments on a post and the number of impressions it receives.
- The average fan page post received 2.6 likes or comments per 1,000 impressions – resulting in a Feedback Percentage of 0.26%.
- The average study participant’s fan page had five page views per 1,000 Facebook users.
- Tips for how these extra Facebook benchmarks can help your organization develop meaningful metrics to measure your social media efforts – regardless of your social media experience!
