In NTEN’s 5th annual Nonprofit IT Staffing & Spending Report, the research showed that technology leaders at every size organization – from small to very large – had something in common. It wasn't a particular piece of software, or a certain budget amount, but a commitment to staffing and spending on technology wisely.

Technology leaders don't just throw money at problems – or refuse to spend money on technology, either. They make those decisions with a clear purpose. How do we know? Tech leaders report having technology plans and examining IT ROI at a much higher rate than everyone else. And they back up that investment with nearly twice the tech staffing levels.

During our May Ask the Expert, you’ll have a chance to hear Dan Scharfman of Baird Associates talk about trends in IT Staffing and Spending as well as get answers to your questions about how to fund and staff IT in your organization.
