If you don't know your nonprofit's legal limits or your state’s Attorney General’s role in regulating your nonprofit and your charitable giving, you probably should.
Join NTEN for our first Legal Corner with Assistant Attorneys General Bob Carlson of Missouri and Kevin Wells of Arkansas to learn about the top legal issues that nonprofits run into and how you can avoid those situations. Their top 10 list of most important issues will open your organization's eyes and show you how failing to be sufficiently transparent or violating state fundraising laws could bring about unwanted attention.
