Event Details

It's often said that the best lessons come from failure. So in that spirit, come and learn the not so obvious ways that three web development projects failed, and how you can make sure this doesn't happen to your project. This is a non-technical presentation for leaders.

Takeaways:

1. How to plan for a successful web development project
2. How to spot early warning signs that your project may be off track
3. Strategies for recovering a project in trouble
