Many of the lessons learned are found in her new book, The Fourth Factor: Managing Corporate Culture. Dr. Ford has taught management science and is a frequent speaker and educator on topics including organization dynamics and business excellence.
Jennifer Darrouzet, Solutions Marketing Manage, can’t stick to her monthly charitable giving budget. Convio had one client when she joined its product development team nine years ago, dead-set on helping nonprofits expand their reach and efficiency via the internet. Since then she’s helped hundreds of organizations launch online communications and fundraising programs that deliver donors and dollars in support of their missions.
