Agile project management is different from traditional project management in terms of planning, estimation and tracking. It uses different tools and techniques. Since Agile uses time-boxed short development cycle, planning becomes a prioritization exercises. In this session we will discuss various techniques for planning, estimation and some matrices for tracking. This course is targeted to Scrum Masters, Product Owners and any Business Customers.

Presented by: Syed H. Rayhan has 15 years of IT industry experience designing multi-faceted IT solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has been practicing Agile/Scrum since 2004. He is a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and is a member of the Scrum Alliance.  He co-authored Enterprise Java with UML (pub.
