Meaningful Reporting: How to Understand Your Data and Use it to Drive Better Fundraising Results
Event Details
Your nonprofit collects lots of data and you want to use it in a way that actually provides business intelligence and a consistent, historically relevant barometer for your performance and provides indicators of future opportunities. Just knowing your "bounce rate" or "action rate" is cool, but only is meaningful in a context that is consistently measuring things against your strategic objectives. Organizations need a coherent methodology behind what they report on and how that distinguishes between metrics that are tactical indicators (i.e. open rate, bounce rate, demographic response rates, etc.) and strategic end goals (dollars raised, actions taken). In this webinar, you'll learn:
- The concept and value of predictive modeling to identify key opportunities in the database.
- How to put your data in context and accurately measure against your objectives.
- A coherent methodology between the tactical and strategic goals.
