  • How CRMs can help you engage your constituents and supporters
  • What to ask yourself when considering a CMS for your organization
  • CRM tools and resources to get you started
We will look at when and why a CRM is appropriate, and the steps you can take to explore your needs, and some options available to you.  We will flesh out affordable strategies for adopting CRM tools, and how to be successful with them for the long term.
