Michael Schreiber is President of Truist, the leading provider of Giving Logistics.  Truist manages the Philanthropic Programs for over 400 organizations, including 100 companies in the Fortune 500.  These programs range in size from local to global and include giving, volunteering, disaster response, and grant  making.   Michael’s career has been focused on the interface between technology and social causes.  Prior to Truist, Michael served as the Executive Vice President and CIO of United Way of America.  In that role,  he developed the web strategy and online presence for the nation’s oldest and largest not for profit organization.  Before United Way, Michael was the National Lead for Deloitte Consulting’s not for profit practice, where he provided technology strategy services to not for profit organizations and governmental agencies.  Michael has a degree in economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Duke University.  He is passionate about African development issues and enjoys staying current on all forms of media and technology (especially, Playstation).
