Improving adoption for new technologies is the same as the adoption of any new products or idea. Workshop presenter, Harold Shinsatow of SAP, will explain successful strategies for each phase of the adoption process. This workshop will help you understand the innovation-decision process and how to employ successful strategies, called "patterns", to help your non-profit get your staff, volunteers, and constituencies to take advantage of all the new social technologies that will help you achieve the organizational mission.
