Webinar: Measure Your Mission: Five Steps to Turn Your Data into Dollars

Nonprofits leaders are responsible for attracting, retaining, and growing the financial, human, and capital resources required to deliver programs and work towards satisfying their missions. Often this work is done with lean staff and limited budgets. Leaders understand the importance of performance and outcome measures but lack the staff, resources, time, and expertise to fully utilize these efforts. In today’s environment, it is critical for nonprofits to clearly communicate and demonstrate their value and return on investment for their funders, making data-driven efforts even more essential.

This webinar will provide the five effective elements to achieve greater impact and organizational excellence. These strategies and tools are relatively inexpensive and simple to implement, and strengthen the way nonprofits use data and information to achieve desirable results. Learn specific methods for measuring your mission and transforming your results to communicate to your stakeholders.

One lucky NTEN Member webinar attendee will also receive a free copy of Sheri Chaney Jones’ book: Impact & Excellence: Data-Driven Strategies for Aligning Mission, Culture, and Performance in Nonprofit and Government Organizations (Jossey-Bass, 2014) as part of NTEN’s Member Appreciation Month.
