Lab: Project Planning & Design Lab

Technology project planning can seem daunting with so many elements to consider. From the technology itself to change management and mapping out a path to evaluate success of the project overall. So often, the focus remains on platforms and budgets and neglects the other items that are also critical to successful projects. This full-day interactive training event will take you through a framework for addressing key elements of a technology project plan, including planning through implementation and evaluation.

Whether you are working on a plan to support a proposal/grant application or laying the foundation for a project you already know will be happening this training will give you the practical road map you need to achieve greater success.

Come prepared to ask questions, interact with your peers, and work through a variety of activities to help you put strategies and frameworks to practical application at your organization.
