Event Cancellation Policy

NTEN event registration fees are refundable up to two weeks prior to the event, minus a $35 processing fee. Two weeks before the event, no refunds will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via email, mail, or fax to:

Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. All registration refunds for the Nonprofit Technology Conference will be processed by April 1, 2014.

All NTEN event exhibitor and sponsor fees are non-refundable. This includes the NTC Science Fair.
