We believe strongly in the power of good leaders to manage technology, but we know how hard it can be. In the "2010 Nonprofit IT Staffing and Spending Survey Report", we found that only 40% of respondents had a formal technology plan -- and only 22% had ever evaluated their return on investment from technology projects.
Because technology has moved out of the back room and into every nook and cranny of your organization, we created the Technology Leadership Academy to help you manage technology effectively.
Your instructors during the weekly core sessions will be top nonprofit leaders like Beth Kanter, Katya Andresen, and Edward Granger-Happ. On a weekly basis, you'll also have the opportunity to interact with field experts like Charlene Li, Founder of Altimeter Group and Author of Open Leadership, in Ask the Expert sessions.
This will be the last time the Leadership Academy is offered in 2011. Participants will be selected based on the guidelines and their commitment to full participation.
We look forward to your application.
