One of NTEN's values is:
We are a stage and a platform for your voices, ideas, and debates on technology-related issues that affect us all in our work.
That's voices, plural. I take that to mean it's our job to make sure the entire nonprofit sector has access to the NTEN stage and can make use of it. That's the reason behind our annual NTC Scholarship Campaign: it's important that we make the NTC as accessible as possible, regardless of our attendees' budget sizes.
So for the the third year, thanks to the generous support of Convio, we're going to provide up to 57 scholarships to this year's Nonprofit Technology Conference in Washington DC, March 17-19. Convio is matching donations dollar-for-dollar, up to a total of $10,000.
Scholarships are available to employees of 501(c)(3) nonprofits (or the international equivalent) with annual budgets under $1 million. Scholarships cover only the cost of registration for the NTC.
We will award scholarships in the order requests are received (and information is verified). We'll let you know your status by February 15th. Please email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can also help out by participating in our Scholarship Campaign Auction. We need 200 items to make our goal of $10,000 and qualify for the match from Convio. Please consider contributing a one-on-one meeting, a voicemail greeting, a book, a photo, whatever sparks your passion.
