At the 2010 NTC, David Neff interviewed Corey Pudhorodsky on why he's a member of NTEN. Corey describes the Nonprofit Techonology Conference as summer camp for nonprofit tech geeks. We think that's exactly right, minus the sunburns and chicken pox!
The NTC is the thing we plan for and look forward to all year long with excitement and wonder. What will the next year bring? What will be the hottest tool to try out? What will nonprofit geeks be curious to learn about? Who will fall in love?
If you haven't already blocked off your calender and asked your Mom, er, your boss for permission to go, do it now! The 2011 NTC will take place in Washington, DC, March 17-19.
We want to start our community brainstorming and planning with you this summer. Holly and I (Anna) will be in Washington, DC on June 15 and would like to meet with DC folks -- and those of you from other parts of the country who happen to be in DC at the time -- for lunch to brainstorm on how to use the local landscape to shape the 2011 NTC agenda.
> RSVP to join Holly and Anna for an 11NTC Brainstorm in DC on June 15!
If you aren't in DC, or can't join us, we'll be hosting an 11NTC Community Planning Call on July 15.
