We recently asked the NTEN community to answer the question "What's Holding Your Technology Back?". As it turns out, it's frequently time, money, and convincing others of what you need.
Congratulations to Becky Domegan, one of our two contest winners, who told us about her challenges: "As a 1-person IT shop, I strive to educate users in advance, but often find myself educating them after a problem occurs."
We're still waiting to hear from our second winner, who participated in a similar conversation on the NTEN Facebook page about the necessity of proper, cost-effective training for all staff.
Even though the contest is over, it's never too late to participate in the discussion. We're hoping that the ONTC (and further conversation) will help the NTEN community find creative, affordable solutions to the complex challenges we're facing as a sector.
