We're so proud (but not at all surprised) that the three nonprofit marketing professionals singled out for excellence by the American Marketing Association (AMA) and the American Marketing Association Foundation (AMAF) are all members of NTEN!

Congratulations to Eric Overman, Director of Online Communities and Social Media at Operation Smile, who was named "Nonprofit Marketer of the Year".

Brava to Anne Bergquist, Vice President of Brand Management and Marketing for the YMCA of Metro Chicago, who received the "Special Marketing Initiatives" Award.

Kudos to David Neff, Director of Web, Film and Interactive Strategy for the American Cancer Society's High Plains Division, and Executive Director of Lights. Camera. Help!, who won the "Social Media" Award.

It doesn't look like the AMA or AMAF have updated their websites with this info yet -- we got sent an email with a press release attached from the folks at AMA -- so maybe our nonprofit online marketing rockstars could teach the old-school marketers a thing or two about online presence! (Just kidding -- thanks for the heads-up, AMA!)

Keep rocking, you NTEN members!
