Flickr: cwalker71Flickr: cwalker71The 2009 Women Who Tech panels were announced this week, and we're glad to see so many NTEN members representing the women who nptech! Including Allyson Kapin (who organizes WWT), Michelle Murrain, Suvasini Patel, Heather Holdridge, Laura Quinn, Katrin Verclas, Nancy Watzman from the Sunlight Foundation, and our own Holly Ross will all be on hand.

Speaking of rocking NTEN women, Amy Sample Ward is trying to help out new member-from-down-under Eddie Harran take advantage of his 09NTC scholarship by spreading the word about his ChipIn campaign to raise money for his air-fare. That's a long flight, y'all!

Fellow Aussie NTEN member David Jacquier has already made the long trip to the US to attend the SxSW conference in Austin. He offers a good summary of the sessions he's attended -- including a positive review of the NTEN-star-studded panel on nonprofit social media ROI. You can see video from the session here.

And the woman who made the poetry slam happen, Beth Kanter, likes this flow chart from the Air Force Public Affairs Agency as a resource on how to proceed when you find negative comments about your organization or issue online.
