Here's how it works:

1. Tell your friends and colleagues to check out NTEN (http://nten.org), and join (http://nten.org/join)
2. Make sure they give your name or your Member ID in the referral field when they join
3. We'll refund your next renewal if 3 members joined by the end of this year!

Fine Print (sort of):

> Refunds will be processed at the beginning of the next calendar year for the qualifying referrals in the previous calendar year. That means you should renew this fall (to avoid any break in your membership) while continuing to spread the word. We'll notify you in January that you've been a superstar and refund your membership dues.

> Individual and Organizational memberships qualify: if multiple staff from an organizational member combine to bring 3 new friends into the NTEN fold, the organizational membership dues will be refunded.
